How do I place an order?
Once you have navigated to your preferred product, simply select your chosen size and colour then either add to Shopping Basket or select Buy Now. If you chose to add to your Shopping Basket, when you are ready to complete your purchase, simply click the Shopping Basket link and follow the on-screen instructions.
What currency are your prices in?
Heavenly Feet are based in the UK and all prices shown are in GBP (£). If purchasing from outside the UK, please be aware your transaction amount may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider.
Do you charge VAT?
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (value added taxation) at the current rate of 20% where applicable.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards; PayPal; Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.
Why was my credit/debit card declined?
If your payment has declined please double check the card and billing address details entered are correct. Usually a data entry error is the most common cause of payment failure.
If the problem continues, please speak to your card issuer.
Why are my goods different to those ordered?
We aim to ensure images of our products are as close in colour as technology and screen display allows. If the product received is different in design or trim it may be that the specification changed slightly in production. We would never send an inferior product to that ordered and changes made would always be to the benefit of the product and its design.
If the product remains unsuitable we will be happy to exchange or refund the order.
You sent me the wrong product?
If we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect item, please accept our sincerest apologies. We will endeavour to send the correct item as quickly as possible. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return my item/order?
You may return unwanted goods within 28 days of the date of purchase. Goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unworn, unaltered and with the original packaging and all labels still attached to the product(s).
Goods must be returned with a suitable outer wrapping. Goods must not be sent back with tape or return stickers/labels attached to the product packaging.
If goods are returned outside the 35 day return period, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Please note we do not cover the cost of returns. We will refund your postage if your item is deemed faulty.
I believe my item is faulty?
All products are subject to quality control during manufacture. If an item has proven faulty we will offer to replace or refund in full. Please contact email@example.com
