Delivery and Returns

Thank you for your order with Heavenly Feet.  Please note that we are unable to cancel or change an order once placed.  Please ensure you have selected the correct size and delivery address for your order.

DELIVERY

UK, Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands:

We offer FREE delivery on the majority of orders.  A small amount of our products have a £1.95 shipping charge applied - this is shown in the product description on our product pages. 

Currently FREE shipping is automatically applied at checkout.  The courier service will be provided by EVRI.  We aim, where possible, to deliver your order within 2 working days from date of order dispatch from our warehouse. 

Orders placed Monday to Thursday and Friday up to 3pm we aim to ship same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm and on weekends/Public Holidays we aim to ship next working day.

Evri will send a tracking reference to your email. 

 

We reserve the right to change the carrier method if weights/pairs restrict the use of the chosen carrier.

 

 

RETURNS 

Items can be returned providing they are in an unused/unworn condition with all original packaging and tags, within 28 days of receiving your order.

Items can only be returned for a refund, we do not currently offer exchanges.

Please include a hand written note or a copy of the dispatch note in with your return.  Please also advise:

1 – Your HFxxxxx order number

2 – A reason for your return

3 – Keep a proof of postage / tracking details until your refund is processed.
