DELIVERY

 

UK, Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands:

We offer FREE delivery on the majority of orders.  A small amount of our products have a £1.95 shipping charge applied - this is shown in the product description on our product pages. 

FREE DELIVERY is automatically applied at checkout.  The courier service will be ROYAL MAIL 48 HOUR SHIPPING. 

This Service is tracked for your peace of mind and Royal Mail aim to deliver within 48 hours of despatch. Total delivery time is dependent on despatch time plus shipping time.  Please be aware delivery may be 3-5 days depending on the day and time you order. 

Orders placed Monday to Thursday and Friday up to 2pm we aim to ship same day.

Orders placed on Friday after 2pm and on weekends/Public Holidays we aim to ship next working day. 

We reserve the right to change the carrier method if weights/pairs restrict the use of the chosen carrier.

Thank you for your order with Heavenly Feet.  Please note that we are unable to cancel or change an order once placed.  Please ensure you have selected the correct size and delivery address for your order. 

 

RETURNS  

Items can be returned providing they are in an unused/unworn condition and with all original packaging and tags, within 28 days of receiving your order. We do not cover the cost of general returns.  

Items can only be returned for a refund, we do not currently offer exchanges.

Please include a copy of your dispatch note (or hand-written note) with your return.  Please include:

 

1 – Your HFxxxxx order number

2 – A reason for your return

 

Keep a proof of postage / tracking details until your refund is processed.

 

Important:

Returns go to a third-party warehouse.  Please therefore allow 14 working days for the return to be processed.  This is from the date of receipt of the parcel to the return address. 

If you purchased using deferred payment like Pay-In-3 or Klarna, please note that deferred payment(s) may still be taken even if the item has been returned. All payments will be refunded when the return is processed.
