Please note that we are unable to cancel or change an order once placed.Ā  Please ensure you have selected the correct size and delivery address before checkout.

UK, Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands:

We offer FREE delivery on the majority of orders.Ā  A small amount of our products have a Ā£2.95 shipping charge applied - this is shown in the product description on our product pages.Ā 

FREE DELIVERY is automaticallyĀ applied at checkout.Ā  The courier service will be the new EVRI (DHL) HOME DELIVERY SERVICE.Ā 

This Service is tracked for your peace of mind and EVRIĀ  (DHL) aim to deliver within 48 hours of despatch. Total delivery time is dependent on despatch time plus shipping time.Ā  Please be aware delivery may be 3-5 working days, depending on the day/time you order and your delivery location.

We may substitute EVRI (DHL) for Royal Mail on Highlands/Islands deliveries.

Orders placed Monday toĀ Thursday and Friday up to 2pm we aim to ship same day.

Orders placed on Friday after 2pm and on weekends/Public Holidays we aim to ship next working day.Ā 

We also reserve the right to change the carrier method if weights/pairs restrict the use of our current carrier.

RETURNS Ā 

Items can be returned providing they are in an unused/unworn condition and with all original packaging and tags,Ā within 28 days of receiving your order. We do not cover the cost of general returns.Ā Ā 

Items can only be returned for a refund, we do not currently offer exchanges.

Please include a copy of your dispatch note (or hand-written note) with your return.Ā  Please include:

Keep a proof of postage / tracking details until your refund is processed.

Important:

Returns go to a third-party warehouse.Ā  Please therefore allowĀ 14 working days for the return to be processed.Ā  This is from the date of receipt of the parcel to the return address.Ā 

If you purchased using deferred payment like Pay-In-3 or Klarna, please note that deferred payment(s) may still be taken even if the item has been returned. All payments will be refunded when the return is processed.
