Delivery and Returns



 UK, Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands:

We offer FREE delivery on the majority of orders.  A small amount of our products have a £2.95 shipping charge applied. 

Standard free shipping is automatically applied at checkout based on basket weight.  The service will be either Royal Mail or DPD* on a 3-5 working day.

You can upgrade to a DPD* 1-2 day service for £5.95.

*DPD will automatically send customers a tracking reference to their email address when their order leaves our warehouse. 

Please note if placing your order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday orders will be sent on the Next Working Day.  For courier orders we cannot therefore guarantee the 1-2 day DPD service.



We reserve the right to change the carrier method if weights/pairs restrict the use of the chosen carrier.



Items can be returned providing they are in an unused/unworn condition with all original packaging and tags, within 28 days of receiving your order.

Items can only be returned for a refund, we do not currently offer exchanges.

Orders can be returned using the self-addressed label supplied on the delivery note in your shoe box. Please follow the instructions carefully on the returns label. 

1 – Fill out your reason for return

2 – Include the despatch / returns note so we can process your refund.

3 – Keep your proof of postage / tracking details until your refund is processed.

We recommend you send your items back to us with tracking just in case. If you lose your returns label please return to the address below. If you have any problems at all just email us and we will be happy to help.

Please note we do not cover the cost of returns. We will refund your postage if your item is deemed faulty.
