Distance Selling

 

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order anytime up to and including the seventh day after the day of delivery (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). This right extends to any product purchased from Heavenly Feet apart from products made to your specifications or those clearly personalised which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. The exclusion also applies to products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

 

Further details of this right to cancel can be obtained by contacting your local Trading Standards office or through your local Citizen Advice Bureau.

 

If you exercise your statutory right to cancel under these regulations you must immediately return to us, at your own cost, the products that you do not wish to keep. If you cancel within this statutory period you may claim a refund of any sum you have paid concerning the goods, less any charge we make for collecting the goods if you do not return them at your own cost.

We know you will simply love your new Heavenly Feet purchase, but in the unlikely event that you need to return a product, you can rely on our 14 day home approval period. Your 14 days commence on receipt of goods or 7 days after goods dispatch date, whichever is soonest. If during this period the goods prove unsuitable they can be returned to us for exchange or refund.

 

If goods are returned outside of our 14 day home approval period, we may choose not to accept them and a charge for sending the goods back to you may be levied. If, in our sole discretion, we decide to accept goods sent back outside our 14 day home approval period, we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the cost of processing the late return. Currently this charge is £2.50 per item. You will be notified of this charge before we accept receipt of goods or process the return. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.

We guarantee that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any product ordered from our website, you can return it to the address below in an as new condition, within the 14 day home approval period for a complete refund.

UK Returns

 

When returning goods to Heavenly Feet, whether within the 14 day home approval period; as a result of exercising your rights to cancel under the Distance Selling Act or due to a product fault, please return them using Royal Mail or your own courier.

 

It is imperative that you obtain proof of postage or a receipt for all goods sent back to Heavenly Feet. If sending goods via Royal Mail, free certificates of posting are available from your post office. Unless you can produce a proof of postage certificate or a courier receipt, we will not be held liable for returns mislaid in transit.

 

  • Unless proven faulty, you must meet the cost of any items returned.
  • All goods returned must be in perfect condition, unused, unworn, unaltered and with all original packaging.
  • All goods returned as faulty will be inspected for manufacturing defects before a refund of postage and/or a refund or replacement of product is offered.
  • All refunds will be issued in accordance with your chosen method of payment.

 

Please ensure you enclose a completed returns note with all returns. A copy can be printed from your order histroy, which is located in your account area (My Account). Alternatively, please enclose details of the return on a piece of paper (typed preferred) including your name, address, order reference number, date of purchase, reason for return and action required.

 

 

Further notes

 

Failure to produce a certificate of postage (from a Post Office) or a receipt (from a courier) when a parcel has been mislaid will mean that we will not be able to honour your return. If you are returning goods that have been paid for by credit card, the card adjustment will be made directly to your account. If returned goods do not show as a credit on your next card statement, please wait until the following statement before contacting Heavenly Feet to discuss your return.
