For security reasons we require all customer to register to place an order. This is for your security and helps us prevent fraud. Registration is quick and easy and once registered you can manage your account online at any time, simply by logging on to www.heavenlyfeet.co.uk
We have made the purchase process very simple and logical. You can shop in 3 main ways on Heavenly Feet. The first is “by brand”. The second is “by category”. The third is “by colour”. Alternatively on the home page you can select your brand from the “featured brands” listing.
Whichever method you choose, you then select your gender (if applicable) and you will be taken to a page of products. Simply select the product you like and you will be taken to that products page. On the product page, by selecting your size all colours available in that size are shown. Select your chosen colour and you will be taken to the main product page for that style and colour.
On this page you can read all about the product; see the product in different angles or enlarged and even find alternatives. If you are ready to buy, all you need to do is click the “add to basket” logo and one pair of your chosen product in the size and colour selected will be placed in your shopping basket ready to purchase. You can then continue to shop and add further items to your basket, or you can click to purchase.
If you have registered you will be prompted to log-on with your unique username and password. If you have not registered yet, you will be shown the registration screen.
Once logged-in and/or registered you can then follow the simple steps to place your order pressing continue and entering your payment details when prompted.

If you are not sure of your current shoe size you can use our measurements to approximate your size. Measure each foot from heel to longest toe and use the largest of these measurements to find the millimetre size shown on our charts. From here you can then find your approximate UK; EU and US/Canada size.

Unless specifically shown in a product or brand section all of our footwear is sold in whole sizes only.
Currently we do not offer wider fitting footwear. Some of our brands offer footwear that can accommodate a wider foot and these are designed with Velcro® tabs for easier access and additional width comfort and support.
Some of our styles are also more suited to a wider or larger foot. Where this is the case, we will clearly state this in the product description.
Heavenly Feet are a UK company.
All our products are listed in pounds sterling (GBP). If purchasing from outside the UK your card will be charged the final shopping basket amount in pounds sterling which will then be converted to your local currency by your bank.
Your card issuer may be able to help you with regard charges and cost of making a purchase in pounds sterling if required.
All prices shown on Heavenly Feet are inclusive of VAT (value added taxation) at the current rate of 15% where applicable.

We charge £7.50 for postage (per item) to Europe. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Small Packet or Parcel delivery. Please allow ten to twelve working days for deliveries within the EU.

We charge £14.00 for postage (per item) to anywhere else in the world. All orders are sent Royal Mail Small Packet or Parcel delivery. Please allow twelve to fourteen working days for delivery and remember that you may have to pay import duties.

For just £2.95 we offer a secure courier service for high value orders.
These orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of order. Orders will be sent on a next working day before 3pm service (where possible). Orders received on Fridays, Weekends and Public Holidays will be shipped as soon as possible on the next working day.
Please be aware that your order could be delivered anytime between 8.00am and 3.00pm and you will be required to sign for the delivery. Interlink Express will email all customers at point of collection with anticipated delivery details so you can ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery.
This is a next working day service. Weekends and Public Holidays are not classed as working days, so orders received prior to, or during, these days will be sent on the next available working day.

In some circumstances an originally ordered product may not be available or the manufacturer may have changed the specification. In these circumstances we will endeavour to send an item as close to the original purchase as possible. If this item proves unacceptable please return to us in an as new condition within our 14 day home approval period for an exchange or refund. If we are unable to offer an alternative product that is close in specification or colour to the originally ordered product we will issue an immediate refund in-line with your chosen method of payment.

On very rare occasions an item can prove to be faulty. We no longer offer a printed catalogue. We have a “virtual catalogue” by way of all our products and brands being shown on our new website and you can purchase from us anytime day or night in complete confidence. We hope to be able to offer a download catalogue option soon.
We are unable to accept orders by telephone. The Heavenly Feet website is very easy to use and is a fully functional transactional website so ordering from us is simple, safe and secure.
At the present time we do not offer a gift-wrap option, but we are looking at this as an additional charged for service, for the future.
