Do you have any shops?

Yes, we have a large factory shop in Market Harborough. We are located at Unit 7, Three Manors Retail Park, Rockingham Road, Market Harborough, LE16 7BA. We’re next door to Topps Tiles. We stock a wide range of ladies and men’s footwear at fantastic prices.

Do I need to register to place an order?

For security reasons we require all customer to register to place an order. This is for your security and helps us prevent fraud. Registration is quick and easy and once registered you can manage your account online at any time, simply by logging on to www.heavenlyfeet.co.uk

How do I place an order?

Once on a product page, select your size and colour and the site will advise if in-stock. If the item is in-stock, simply click ‘add to basket’ and then either continue shopping or click ‘checkout’ to proceed through payment.

How do I check my shoe size?

If you are not sure of your current shoe size you can use our measurements to approximate your size. Measure each foot from heel to longest toe and use the largest of these measurements to find the millimetre size shown on our charts. From here you can then find your approximate UK; EU and US/Canada size. Our charts provide a guide only. Please see our Size Guide for further details.

Do you sell ½ sizes?

Unless specifically shown in a product or brand section all of our footwear is sold in whole sizes only.

Do you offer wider fitting?

Currently where an item is wider-fitting this will be shown in the individual product description. Currently we do not offer separate width fittings.

What currency are your prices in?

Heavenly Feet are a UK based company so our base prices are GBP. We do offer the option for customers to view our prices in local currency, but the final transaction will be in GPB.

All our products are listed in pounds sterling (GBP). If purchasing from outside the UK your card will be charged the final shopping basket amount in pounds sterling which will then be converted to your local currency by your bank.

Do you charge VAT?

All prices shown on Heavenly Feet are inclusive of VAT (value added taxation) at the current rate of 20% where applicable.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Currently we do not accept American Express.

Why was my credit or debit card not authorised? Please double check the credit or debit card number, expiration date, CVV2 security code (last 3 digits on reverse of card) plus the billing address to ensure you have entered all details correctly. A data entry error is the most common cause.

If all details are correct and the payment declines again, please contact your card issuer.

Why are my goods different to those ordered?

In some circumstances an originally ordered product may not be available or the manufacturer may have changed the specification. In these circumstances we will endeavour to send an item as close to the original purchase as possible. If this item proves unacceptable please return to us in an as new condition within our 14 day home approval period for an exchange or refund.

If we are unable to offer an alternative product that is close in specification or colour to the originally ordered product we will issue an immediate refund in-line with your chosen method of payment.

You sent me the wrong product?

If we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect product, please accept our sincerest apologies. Please return the item to us and we will ensure the correct product is sent out and refund to you the cost of return carriage.

Can I Return My Product?

You may return unwanted goods within 14 days for a full refund (excluding the cost of return carriage). All goods returned must be in perfect condition, unused, unworn, unaltered and with original box.

They must be sent suitable packed and will be at customers own cost.

If goods are returned outside our 14 day home approval period, we may choose not to accept the return or a charge may be levied on acceptance. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by our returns policy.

I believe my item may be faulty?

On very rare occasions an item can prove to be faulty. We have stringent quality controls to minimise the possibility of faulty goods but if an item you’ve received is proven faulty we will not hesitate to offer you a full refund; replacement or exchange of product. All goods returned as faulty will be inspected for manufacturing defects before a refund of postage and/or a refund or replacement of product is offered.

Is it safe to purchase from your site?

We offer a very safe shopping environment. You can shop in complete confidence with Heavenly Feet and full details of the importance we place upon website and personal data security can be found in our Security section.

Do you have a catalogue?

We no longer offer a printed catalogue. We have a “virtual catalogue” by way of all our products and brands being shown on our new website and you can purchase from us anytime day or night in complete confidence. We hope to be able to offer a download catalogue option soon.

Do you accept telephone orders?

We are unable to accept orders by telephone. The Heavenly Feet website is very easy to use and is a fully functional transactional website so ordering from us is simple, safe and secure.
